The Shepherd's Corner
The Shepherd's Corner is a ministry of Of One Accord Ministry. Located in the heart of Sneedville, TN, The Shepherd's Corner operates a thrift store and food pantry. The center also hosts numerous community outreaches, provides material assistance to community members, and hosts The Christmas for the Children program. We serve low-income households and individuals.
Mission: To restore hope, health and opportunity to people living in poverty in Appalachian Northeast Tennessee. Our vision is to transform lives and create healthier communities through the love of Jesus.
Volunteer Opportunities
What We Do
Food pantry. We operate a food pantry that serves low-income individuals and households.
Holiday food box distribution. We distribute Thanksgiving food boxes to low-income families and individuals.
Home repair program. Local mission teams partner with us to provide home repairs for low-income families and older adults.
Christmas for the Children Program. We provide Christmas parties and gifts for children in need.
Thrift store. We operate a thrift store as part of our mission to help others in need by reselling donated, lightly used clothing and other items to support our programs.
I like helping people and meeting new people. We treat everyone the same.
