COMMUNITY COLLABORATION MINI-GRANTS PROGRAM

Connections Network is designed to support community leaders in creating healthy, vibrant community-serving organizations. 

 

The Community Collaboration Mini-Grants Program is designed to support local organizations and charities to address a critical community need affecting low-income residents in Hawkins and Hancock County, TN using a collaborative approach.

Your organization may be awarded up to $2,000 to address a critical community need affecting our residents. We look forward to learning about your project!

Eligible groups may apply for grants up to $2,000 for projects that fall into these priority areas:

  • Social Isolation/Support

  • Food Security

  • Quality of Life

  • Older Adults/Adults with Disabilities 

The application period is open until Feb 28, 2022 at 5:00pm

Grant applications are accepted through Feb 28th

Applications must be submitted by 5:00pm on February 28, 2022. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted. All fields are required.

 

Grants are awarded in April, and you will be notified by email whether or not if your grant request was approved.

The online application must be completed in one session. You will not be able to save and return to at a later time to complete it, so preparation is key!
