Call Center

Help connect people with the services they need by offering information and referrals to local organizations that provide basic needs such as food, clothing, and shelter or provide scheduled, daily calls to the elderly, homebound, and anyone with limited contact with the outside world.

Can be completely virtual!

My Ride Kingsport Driver

MyRide Kingsport is provides through the door transportation for residents 60 or more years of age anywhere in Kingsport, TN.

All MyRide TN drivers must have a valid TN license, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance.

What We Do

Comforting those struggling with loneliness, depression and major life changes by listening, encouraging and crisis intervention.

Our call center support is for locating sensitive support group information, resources to help:

Loneliness
Abuse
Depression
Temporary financial assistance
Medical direction
Support group information
Crisis intervention
Homelessness
And much more

Contact 211 maintains an up-to-date database of organizations within the eight-county service area that offer various services and resources to the community.

Reassurance Call Program
