Volunteer Opportunities
CASA Volunteer
CASA volunteers must be 21 years of age, undergo background checks and complete 35 to 40 hours of training. Upon successfully completing training, volunteers are sworn in by the juvenile judge. Volunteer's time is flexible when working a case. Volunteers are supervised by CASA staff and continued in-service training is provided.
What We Do
Professionally trained and supervised community volunteers advocating for the best interest of abused and neglected children.
This is accomplished by investigating the child's environment, facilitating services, and monitoring the stability of the child.
